We Buy Land
Our Land Acquisition Team is constantly exploring surrounding areas in search of potential new projects. With their years of experience, the team can thoroughly assess any tract of land and conclude whether it has the potential for successful development. If city/county sewer is not available, this process includes the evaluation of soil to determine its suitability to support different septic systems. The team will also work with highly trained professionals in order to evaluate the number of potential lots each tract of land can produce.

We Develop The Land
Once the tract has been purchased, RRT Development will initiate the first of many stages of the development processes… approval of the project by the local planning board and government agencies. Our Development Management team works closely with highly qualified engineers to prepare all applications with engineered plans to present to each County Department for approval.

Once all necessary permits have been issued, the Development team can send the project out for bids for construction of the subdivision.
Each bid is thoroughly reviewed and analyzed by the Development Management Team. Once a bid is accepted, a contract is signed, the groundwork can begin. Construction usually takes anywhere from 90 to 120 days depending on weather and unforeseen circumstances and the number of lots in the project.

We Sell Lots
After construction is complete, the team will submit for final inspections and certifications. A plat is produced and approved by the county so lots can finally be recorded. At this point, RRT Development is ready to provide build ready lots in a subdivision for local and regional builders. The company strives to establish strong working relationships with area builders, and works with each individual one to provide excellent lots in desirable locations.
