Although the company focuses most of their attention on the eastern side of Johnston County, their largest project, Gander Lake with 254 lots, is located just across the line in Wayne County. Gander Lake is a thriving single-family pool community that is home to over 200 families with more new homes currently under construction.
Currently, RRT Development has several projects in various stages of construction. In the next year, they estimate that close to another 200 lots will be recorded in their multiple developments. The company is excited to become a part of the Pine Level community with the beginning of their next large project, Emily Gardens. This neighborhood, located off Pine-Level Micro Road, will consist of over 300 lots, featuring single family and multi-family construction. RRT Development is proud to be working with the Town of Pine Level to help bring continued expansion and success to “the best little town in North Carolina.”
